We understand that date changes have affected players' ability to attend tryouts for various reasons. Therefore, Mountain Select will offer an additional weekend for tryouts, either on August 15-16 or August 22-23, for those players who are unable to attend. More details to come.

Please note that players must register for tryouts to be considered for a team for the upcoming season, even if they cannot attend the official tryout weekend.

THESE TRYOUTS WILL BE IN LATE AUGUST PER CAHA GUIDELINES

Below is the tentative tournament schedule for the upcoming season. This is subject to change and will be adding more practices and friendly games as they become available.

Mountain Select's AA teams will be the premier teams in each age group. These teams will compete in both the tournament and friendlies against Rocky Mountain Hockey Federation (RMHF) Teams. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in the State Tournament if they qualify. These teams will be formed primarily of Major Birth Years in their age group (Second Year Players)

Mountain Select's Prospect Teams will serve as the second team for each age group. These teams will primarily participate in tournaments, along with some exhibition games against local Colorado teams. The rosters will mainly consist of minor birth year players (First Year Players), with a few major birth year players (Second Year Players) included as well.

Mountain Select will offer Developmental Teams for each group if there is enough interest during the tryout process. These teams will play a limited schedule, which will include a few tournaments and exhibition games against local Colorado teams. The teams will consist of both Minor and Major birth year players.

Practices are typically held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (i.e. Labor Day). A three practice weekend is typically 2 x practices on Saturday, 1 x practice on Sunday in same or nearby location with off ice and team building activities worked in to down time.

EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS REGISTRATIONS COME IN PROVIDING A BETTER IDEA OF NUMBERS OF PLAYERS AND TEAMS AND AS WE ARE ABLE TO FINALIZE SCHEDULES.
